MIDEAST | Law Lawyers Avocats Rechtsanwälte is the name and brand under which the members of the international law firm ULE & STEINER SLP, together with the cooperating partners of the MIDEAST | Law International Legal Practice, provide legal or other consultancy services to clients with a focus on the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) region and Europe. ULE & STEINER SLP is constituted and regulated in accordance with Spanish law. The use of the name MIDEAST | Law is for description purposes only and does not imply that the cooperating partners of the MIDEAST | Law International Legal Practice are in a partnership or are part of a global LLP. The responsibility for the provision of services and/or products to any client of ULE & STEINER SLP is defined in the Letter of Engagement and Terms of Business between ULE & STEINER SLP and its respective client.

MIDEAST | Law comprises lawyers (meaning legal professionals licensed under their respective jurisdictions) who are members of the Colegio de Abogados de Sevilla (Sevilla Bar Association), the Rechtsanwaltskammer (Bar Association) Frankfurt am Main, Rechtsanwaltskammer (Bar Association) Berlin or foreign lawyers who are admitted in their home jurisdictions. Dr. Ule is admitted to practice at the Frankfurt Bar Association and the DIFC Court, Dubai, and Dr. Steiner is admitted to practice at the Berlin and Seville Bar Associations.

Due to our international activity in a variety of countries, our services are subject to the legislation, including professional rules of conduct, of the jurisdiction where those services are provided. In case those services are provided in Spain, the relevant rules applicable to the professional conduct of legal practice in Spain can be found in the General Rules for Lawyers (Estatuto General de la Abogacía Española). When services are provided in Germany, the relevant professional rules are the “Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung”, the “Berufsordnung”, the “Fachanwaltsordnung”, the “Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz” as well as the professional rules for lawyers within the European Union, all of which can be downloaded on www.brak.de under “Berufsrecht”.

ULE & STEINER SLP is a Spanish limited liability company for professionals (sociedad limitada profesional).
