Cyrille Naffah is a seasoned commercial and corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience having advised several Fortune 500 companies doing business in both Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. 

Cyrille Naffah has focused his practice on franchising, distribution, commercial agencies, TMT, company formation and restructuring, M&A and other areas of the law.

His telecoms work, includes, but is in no way limited, to:

• advising a Saudi consortium engaged in the bidding for the second mobile license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and one of the four data licenses, reviewing and negotiating the contracts between the different stakeholders; 
• Preparing the private placement memorandum for the floating of a South African telecoms company in its attempt to sell its mobile towers business (a deal valued $ 300,000,000) and negotiating the associated agreements between the various stakeholders;
• Advised a Saudi conglomerate based out of Jeddah on all of its value-added and IT services agreements with the Saudi mobile operator STC;
• Prepared a private placement memorandum for a global WIFI hotspot operation and drafted and negotiated the associated service agreements.

Cyrille Naffah has practiced law both in private practice and as in-house counsel in some of the finest global and regional law firms and multinational corporations.
