Paul’s practice encompasses commercial work and specializes in corporate and business law, M&A, Media law, Technology and Telecommunication, International Franchising and Intellectual Property and Offshore law.

Paul has experience with Lebanese and international clients in various industries, such as leisure, entertainment and hospitality, real estate, telecommunications, film and music production and distribution.

He also has a long-standing practice in serving private clients (personal holding companies, inheritance and estate, international tax planning etc..).

Paul advises clients on matrimonial issues and structures all forms of marital agreements, prenuptial planning or matrimonial disputes. He represents clients in matrimonial matters before civil and religious courts and provides advice on the tax aspects of property settlements.

He also has extensive experience in representing clients in litigation before various administrative/regulatory authorities and before Lebanese courts.

Paul started practicing in 1986 as an associate then in 1992 a senior associate of a prominent firm in Beirut where he provided legal assistance in corporate law, media law, terrestrial and satellite broadcasting and television production for a leading television station in the Arab world as well as to a leading adverting group of companies in Lebanon and the Arab countries.

In 2000 he established his own law firm where he practiced civil and commercial and represented local and international clients before Lebanese courts.
