With 20 of dispute resolution-focused experience, Hatem has served as a sole arbitrator, a party appointed arbitrator and counsel in many local and international commercial arbitrations under a variety of arbitration rules, including ICC, ICSID, CRCICA and UNCITRAL. Hatem is regularly instructed on significant commercial disputes arising in virtually every industry sector including: telecommunications, insurance, defence, projects, construction and engineering, energy and natural resources, commodities, oil and gas, chemicals, banking and financial services, transportation, international trade, manufacturing, leisure, environmental, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and insurance. This is in addition to disputes arising from shareholder and joint venture agreements. Hatem combines this deep sector knowledge with significant international arbitration and dispute resolution skills.
